my journey to a healthy relationship with food has been a challenging one. I started calories at 10 years old ... and fell into eating disorders that have shaped too many days of my Life. I'm sharing my full story here in this Substack article.
What helped wasn't being more disciplined or see myself as the problem. What helped was to finally let go of the pressure to be perfect. It was making the necessary adjustments to live a life in emotional freedom and creative expression.
You are not supposed to live a life you don't like. You are here to be you. All of you. So, live this precious Life without thinking about calories and learn to set yourself free.
I wanted to share this course because the narrative around food is painful to watch, and difficult to get rid of. This course helps you get to the root of it and rip it out, to return to your Self.
